SHARON BOARD OF APPEALS MINUTES OF DECEMBER 20, 2007

SPECIAL MEETING

A special meeting of the Sharon Zoning Board of Appeals was held on Thursday, December 20, 2007 in the lower level of the Town Office Building.  The following regular members were present: John Lee, Chairman; Kevin McCarville, Lee Wernick and Alternate Member Larry Okstein.

Mr. Lee called the meeting to order at 7:18 P.M.

Other Business:

Sharon Commons:  Atty. Bob Shelmerdine stated that Tom Houston has added signature lines and case numbers to the draft decision. 

Mr. Wernick moved to accept the decision as drafted for Sharon Commons, Special Permit Nos. 1588 and 1589.  Motion seconded by Mr. Okstein and voted 4-0-0.

Avalon Bay Street Name Change:  Mr. Wernick moved to rescind the name of Goodband Lane and put the street name back to Avalon Bay.  Motion seconded by Mr. McCarville and voted 4-0-0.  The driveway to the house will be named  Goodband Lane.

It was moved, seconded and voted to adjourn.  The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
